- Clinic name, address, location coordinates
- Doctor photo and clinic logo
- Bank account details (encrypted, for payouts)
- Google account (if connected for GBP sync)
For Patients:
- Name and phone number (for booking only)
- Appointment details
- Health Story responses (via Bolo Sehat)
- Payment information (processed by Razorpay)
Automatically collected:
- Device type, browser, IP address
- Pages visited, time spent on site

- Data stored on Supabase (encrypted at rest)
- Payments processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)
- Authentication by Clerk (SOC 2 compliant)
- Bank details encrypted before storage

- Health Stories are collected via Bolo Sehat
- Used only to prepare patients for appointments
- Shared only with the specific doctor booked
- Never used for advertising or sold
- Patients can request deletion anytime
