2. Description of Service

Vaido provides:

• Clinic profile and website creation tools
• Online appointment booking system
• Patient health intake via Bolo Sehat
• Payment collection tools
• SEO and visibility tools
• Dashboard for managing appointments

3. Doctor/Clinic Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your clinic's content
• You must have valid medical qualifications
• You must comply with applicable medical laws
• One account per clinic by default
• You are responsible for staff access you grant

4. Patient Use

• Patients use booking as guests (no account needed)
• Health information shared is used only for the booked appointment
• Patients are responsible for providing accurate health information
• Vaido is not a medical service provider

5. Payments

• Consultation fees set by doctors are final
• Razorpay processes all payments securely
• Vaido subscription fees are billed monthly
• No refunds on subscription fees unless required by law
• Appointment refund policy is set by each clinic
• Vaido charges no commission on bookings

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Provide false medical credentials
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Scrape or copy clinic or patient data
• Impersonate other doctors or clinics
• Use the platform to spam patients

7. Intellectual Property

• Vaido owns all platform code and design
• Doctors own their clinic content and data
• You grant Vaido license to display your content to provide the service
• Vaido name and logo are our trademarks

8. Disclaimer

• Vaido is a technology platform, not a medical service
• We do not verify medical qualifications
• We are not responsible for the quality of medical care provided
• Health Stories are not medical diagnoses

9. Limitation of Liability

Vaido's liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account anytime
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your clinic page goes offline
• Your data is retained for 30 days then deleted

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
